When you give someone a Headquarters gift card, you're giving them the gift of choice. Purchase a gift card for any service or spa package, or simply give a cash amount and let the lucky recipient choose how they'll pamper themselves.

Purchasing gift cards online with Visa or MasterCard requires proof of signature. Please download our purchase form and fax your completed form to us. We will promptly mail your gift card to you. Please note we are unable to accept credit card payment over the phone.

We do not refund gift cards. Any unused value remaining cannot be redeemed for cash. Please note that all gift cards should be treated as cash. Headquarters Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen cards, or for unauthorized use of cards.
